How much does counselling cost?
We have two separate scales of fees for counselling, depending on where you live. This is because our Launceston
counselling service receives some Government funding, and our Hobart counselling service does not.
Hobart
Individual counselling: $60 per hour
Individual counselling with concession: $40 per hour
Couple counselling: $70 per hour
Couple counselling with concession: $50 per hour
Workplace counselling: ranges between $60 - $120 per hour, depending on type of organisation.
Launceston
Individual & Couples Counselling - Fees are assessed according to income: $1 per $1000 earned per annum (eg on a salary of
$40,000 pa, you would pay $40 per hour). We have a minimum fee of $30 per hour. In some instances fees can be
negotiated in cases of financial hardship.
Workplace counselling: ranges between $60 - $120 per hour, depending on type of organisation.
